Invited
oral presentations are scheduled for 25-minute blocks of time,
but slightly less total time is available to the speaker. Presentations
should be timed to 20 minutes to allow 5 minutes for questions following
the presentation. TIME LIMITS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY SESSION
PRESIDERS. CEA-CREST will make available a dedicated laptop computer,
LCD projector, slide projector, and overhead projector in each oral
presentation room. Presenters should provide a PC (NOT MAC) ZIP 100
or CD-ROM to the session presider/AV assistant prior to each session.
Poster
presentations can be made on any subject dealing with environmental
science or environmental justice. Maximum poster size is 36 by
45 inches. Posters must be affixed to a solid backboard, such
as a poster display board from an office/school supply store. Easels
will be provided for you to display your work.
